Picture Day Process

EPP Sports is excited to be taking your athlete’s photos this year!

We provide the poses and we'll instruct the players on where to stand and how to get the best pictures. We do encourage them to be creative if they want to bring their own poses as well. We photoshop each kid into their team and league pictures so once they get their pictures finished, they don't need to stick around! We will digitally build the teams and sibling photos.

If you’re a Coach, you will get an individual picture that will be digitally added to your team’s photo. If you coach your own child, you may get a physical picture with your athlete at that time.

Make sure your athlete is picture ready (see FAQ) including your stick!

After the photoshoot, we'll get all the images edited and published, then we'll send you an email and a text message once your galleries are ready!

Frequently asked questions

First things first, find out what color your team is wearing! Once you know which jersey to put on, then Picture Ready can mean many different things depending on the preference of the person who’s most likely to purchase the pictures! If you’re going for a gritty tough look and you have messy hair and some dirt on your face, WONDERFUL! If you’re thinking more along the lines of a freshly pressed jersey with polished cleats and shiny helmets, GREAT! We don’t make that call for you! We don’t ask anyone to wear a helmet, so nicely done hair is an option, and some of our shots do include feet, so you get to choose if you want game day cleats or socks and crocks!
