Picture Process

EPP Sports is excited to be taking your athlete’s photos this year!

We will be coming to your location in our Mobile Studio and taking a few pictures of each athlete.  We'll provide the poses, but they are also more than welcome to bring some of their own!

Once their individual photos are done, they are all set!  We will digitally build the teams and sibling photos.

​

If you’re a Coach, you will get an individual picture that will be digitally added to your team’s photo.  If you coach your own child, you may get a physical picture with your athlete at that time.  Since we don't typically get contact info for the coaches, we don't have a way to link you with your child, so we don't build coach/athlete pictures digitally, those have to be done the old fashion way where you both smile and no one blinks!

After the photoshoot, we'll get all the images edited and published, then we'll send you an email and a text message once your galleries are ready!
