The deadline to sign up for Legacy Studios School of Dance Picture Day has passed.  If you would still like to order pictures of your dancer, please do the following:

 

• Fill out the form below and complete the full payment process.

• On picture day, please inform an EPP Sports staff member that you have a late addition to their roster.  (Shot lists have already been exported and they will need to know about any additions)
