EPP Sports Mobile Studio
EPP Sports will request your, roster your game/practice schedule and we take care of the rest! Our best practice is to find a day when your league has the most number of their teams playing or practicing at home, then we schedule them just before they need to report for warmup. We'll put together the schedule along with a digital form for parents to pre-order.
We know not everyone loves pictures as much as we do, so we only take multiple poses of the athletes that have pre-purchased. The rest of the athletes will only have a single picture taken to be added to the team and league photos. This helps us move picture day along faster and helps us get the edited galleries out sooner!
On picture day, our Mobile Studio will roll up to your field and we'll be ready to start! Once all the athletes get their pictures taken, we'll pack up and head out.
After all the edits are done, we'll send out the private gallery links to each individual athlete that ordered. All purchases are for high resolution digital images with rights to reproduce, reprint, and share for personal use.
