Cancellation Policy

Missed Time Slot If you miss your time slot, you have two options. A make-up photoshoot might be available so contact info@eppsports first to see if that's an option. If no make-up time works for either party, then a refund will be offered at 90% of the booking price to cover our processing fees. Cancellations Cancelling a booking prior to the time slot will be refunded at 90% of the booking price to cover our processing fees unless we can agree on a time to reschedule. Once pictures are taken, no refunds can be issued for any reason. Anyone booking a slot that is NOT part of the designated league without prior written approval from EPP Sports will not be photographed and forfeit their full charge amount.
